SMC Global Asset, Inc. invests in real estate and securities in North America, mainly in the United States. We have established several local subsidiaries across the vast area of the United States. We also established SMC Group International, Inc. and other LLCs focused on investment in real estate and securities.
Business Expansion in the United States The United States is a country which has a strong economic power and vast extent of land and its population is still increasing. We have invested in real estate in cities such as Los Angeles, New York, and San Antonio since we established a local subsidiary in 2006. We will continue to propel our dynamic business expansion through office/land acquisition and development as an investor and a developer.
Palm Springs is known as a warm and huge resort area where wealthy people visit to pass the winter. We are engaged in a multi-faceted urban development project in this illustrious area.
